What is EMPEPA?

EMPEPA is a software that permits to find the rate values inside a PEPA model such that it maximizes (locally) the likelihood of a set of observations. The observations can be :
  1. absorption durations, in this case the PEPA model has to describe a phase-type distribution.
  2. partially observable executions :  init-t1>a1-t2>a2...am-tstop>stop for any kind of PEPA model.
